The costume is available in various sizes to fit infants and newborns. The officially licensed Disney Flounder costume is designed to comfortably fit most baby boys and girls. Each costume size is accurately designed using real children's measurements, but it's recommended to compare your child's measurements to the size chart to get the best fit.

The bright yellow and blue jumpsuit is made of soft velour fabric, with fin-shaped sleeves and an attached rear fin as part of the bubble suit bottom. The bodysuit has fiberfill stuffing between lining and outer shell for a plump look. The foam-backed tail fin is sewn to the back of the bodysuit. The hat has a hook and loop fastener on the chin strap and features embroidered eyes, soft-sculpted nose, and a foam-backed fin. Please note that leggings are not included.
