Fun World's story began in 1959 with founder Sam Rosenberg's desire to have a successful business before retiring. After experiencing failed start-ups earlier in life, he found success as a traveling salesman of general merchandise in the 1950s. At 59 years old, he started the S. Rosenberg Christmas Co., importing Christmas and Easter novelties and dolls from Japan.

Fun World initially worked with factories in Japan before expanding to Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. When President Nixon opened China in 1973, it quickly became the main supplier. Today, the company's factories are located in the USA, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Spain, and India.

The third generation joined Fun World in 1981, when Alan Geller gave the company a significant boost in the Halloween business. He became known as the "Halloween Guru" and created the iconic GHOST FACE mask and costume, which became part of Hollywood history.

Fun World's product line includes Halloween accessories, egg deco and grass, Christmas and Halloween costumes.
